Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yes2Commerce Inc ("Yes2Commerce", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit yes2commerce.com (the "Site") or contact us. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us or submit a form (for example, to contact us or subscribe to updates), we receive your email address and any information you choose to include.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, to operate and protect the Site. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on the Site.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the Site to function and security. Because we don't track you across sites, no cookie consent banner is required.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services or information you request.
- To send you updates only if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
How we share information
We do not sell or share your personal information (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA). We use trusted service providers solely to operate our business — for example, Cloudflare for hosting/security and an email service provider to deliver messages you request. These providers may process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@yes2commerce.com and we will respond as required by law.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International visitors
We operate from the United States, and information may be processed there. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" above when we do.
